The CGA Order Process is comprised of the following eight steps:


1.
  Download the Request for Quote form Microsoft Word document Here


2.
  Complete the form in its entirety and sign where indicated.


3.
  Fax the form to (978) 684-3846 . Be sure to include a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate if applicable.


4.
  The CGA sales team will validate the prequalification form and email the Primary POC a quote and login information for ordering the product.


5.
  Use the link and login provided in the email notification to access the CGA order website and place your order.


6.
  CGA will notify the Primary POC via email that the order has been received and is being processed.


7.
  CGA will notify the Primary POC via email when the product has been shipped. Tracking information for the shipment will be included.


8.
  Primary POC should notify CGA via Email cgasales@ngc.com when the product is received.
